Budget and Resource Allocation

I will ensure financial decisions prioritize student learning and safety, mental health support, and equitable distribution of resources, especially in underfunded schools.


Teacher Retention and Support

With increasing teacher shortages, I will advocate for competitive salaries, professional development, and working conditions that attract and retain top educators.


Closing Gaps, Supporting Minds

I will push for comprehensive strategies to address learning loss, improve mental health services, and re-engage students who have fallen behind.


Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

I support multilingual education, culturally responsive teaching, enhanced special education, empowered neurodiverse learners, and policies that uplift all students.


Career and College Readiness

I will strengthen pathways from PreK to career and higher education (“cradle-to-career”), ensuring that all students have access to high-quality academic and technical programs.
